I graduated from Campbell University in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration and my PGA credentials. The PGM program sent me all over the country for internships: Lyman Orchards in Connecticut, Vail Golf Club in Colorado, Rock Hill Country Club in New York, and Pinehurst in North Carolina.

Teaching has always been the part I love most. I was first introduced to golf instruction at 12 years old, helping a local PGA pro run his junior golf summer camp. Since then I’ve been lucky to study under three Golf Digest Top 50 instructors and learn from Golf Magazine Top 100 Club Fitters.

The best part about golf is that perfection isn’t on the table and there’s no finish line. There’s always more to learn. That’s what keeps it interesting, and it’s why I’d love to help you figure out what works for your game, whether that’s coaching, fitting, or both.

Golf instruction starts and ends at impact. The ball flies for four reasons: clubhead speed, face angle, path, and impact point. Everything else is either in service of changing one of those, or it’s noise.

I take the science seriously. That means staying current on swing mechanics, ball flight, and the physics underneath all of it. It also means using technology, Trackman, video, and launch monitor data, to measure exactly what your club and ball are doing, not what we think they’re doing. Real numbers about your swing, not generic advice borrowed from a tour player.

Every lesson is contextual. What you’re doing, what you think you’re doing, what you want out of golf, what you can absorb today, all of it shapes the move I hand you. The goal isn’t a swing overhaul. It’s a taste of the next good shot.

The science is for me. The simplicity is for you. The deep biomechanics keep running in the background, but what comes out of my mouth is plain language tied to cause and effect. We teach people, not golf.
